This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 365cuc ("Platform", "We"). Before registering as a member or using any services provided by 365cuc, please read this document carefully and thoroughly.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the 365cuc platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app and all services provided by 365cuc (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you first access or use the Platform.

By using the 365cuc Platform, you hereby:

To register and use 365cuc services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while using the platform:

• Be aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country where access to online gaming platforms is fully prohibited by that country's laws.
• Has never had an account terminated or suspended by 365cuc previously due to a breach of terms.
• Act in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or as a representative of any business entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details provided, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment information, must be consistent with your official identification documents. 365cuc reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.

The KYC verification process requires you to submit copies of documents such as your identity card, passport, bank statement, or other supporting documents requested by our compliance team. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal function.

Each member account at 365cuc is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, regardless of whether those activities were carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.

• Keep your username and password secure — never disclose them to anyone else.
• Use a strong password (a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and update it regularly.
• Do not access your account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network without using a VPN.
• Always log out of your account after using a shared device.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

365cuc will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. However, if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately and we will take prompt action to protect your account.

The balance in your 365cuc account does not constitute cash or a bank deposit. Funds deposited into your 365cuc account are for gaming purposes only and are subject to the withdrawal terms set out in the relevant section of this document.

General Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same member's name.

• Funds received via bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• 365cuc reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for security and compliance purposes.

Any attempt to withdraw funds via a method different from the original deposit method, or to a third-party account, will be automatically declined and may trigger a security review of the account in question.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 365cuc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus where there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Unused bonuses may expire automatically upon the end of their validity period without prior notice.
• Players found abusing the bonus system through improper methods will forfeit all related bonuses and wins.

The 365cuc VIP Programme offers exclusive rewards to our loyal members. Eligibility and benefits at each VIP tier are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the VIP programme, available on the VIP. 365cuc reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits, or eligibility criteria of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

All games available on the 365cuc platform — including slot games, fish shooting games, live casino and table games — operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers and our platform standards.

• RNG System: All chance-based games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by a recognised independent body.
• RTP (Return to Player): The return-to-player percentage for each game is set by the software provider and can be found in the settings or information section of each game.
• Final Results: The result of each game is final once the round ends and is recorded in our system. Any disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 24 hours.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the transactions involved will be reviewed and resolved based on our server records, which shall be considered final.

• Colluding or conspiring with other members to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 365cuc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss or reputational damage.

In no event shall 365cuc's maximum liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days prior to the relevant claim arising.

365cuc reserves the right to review, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.

• Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendments take effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
